Microskin
The patented construction consists of a high-strength micro fabric that is vulcanized together with the rubber compound and the carcass. MicroSkin envelops the entire carcass, similar to SnakeSkin on MTB tires, and enables problem-free tubeless easy operation even for high pressure tires. This makes the tire drivable tubeless. The use of sealing milk is required.
TLE - Tubeless Easy
TLE tires are specially designed for tubeless use without a tube and thus offer the best performance by far. Confusion impossible: All 2020 One racing tires are clearly labeled as "TLE" or "TUBE ONLY" tires with additional labels.
RaceGuard
Double layer fabric under the tread. Ideal puncture protection if a tire is above all to be quick and light. 2 layers of crossed nylon fabric, 67 EPI carcass.
Note: Due to the optimized tire construction for modern rims, the dimensions of the new Schwalbe One when assembled on conventional narrow rims can be larger!
